Leo Millan - President
Leo Millan, a U.S. Air Force veteran and Chief Member of Millan Enterprises since its founding in 1999, is a seasoned entrepreneur with a successful track record in startups, traditional real estate investing, commercial development, and franchising. Known for his ability to identify unique opportunities and drive transformative growth, Leo plays a key role in acquiring and strategizing the enhancement of distressed properties.
Leo's early years were marked by adversity and struggle, shaping the resilient spirit that would define his future endeavors. Born into humble beginnings, Leo faced the harsh realities of poverty from a young age. His family struggled to make ends meet, often having to live in hotel rooms.

Even with what little he was able to gain from his different business ventures, it was paramount that he would still be able to help those in need.

In addition to the Millan Foundation, Leo has served on the CMCSS Foundation Board, CDE Power Board, APSU College of Business Executive Advisory Board, and Clarksville Industrial Development Board. Some of the locations abroad he travels to for mission work include Cuba, Jamaica, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras.
At the end of the day, coming home to his 4 kids and 1 grandson brings him the most joy. His other hobbies include traveling and exercising.

With 18 years in higher education, Tonya is a seasoned expert in crafting events and programs that engage communities. She has spearheaded numerous initiatives, demonstrating exceptional skills in logistics management and strategic planning. Among her key achievements are revitalizing programs across various institutions, establishing the APSU Mentorship Program, and launching the APSU Governors Military Hall of Fame.
Recently, Tonya transitioned to the private sector, joining the team at Millan Enterprises and continuing her commitment to community engagement and philanthropy. In 2023, she furthered her philanthropic work by joining the American Mobility Project Board of Directors.

Tonya's dedication to leadership development was recognized with the Friend of PELP Award at Austin Peay, reflecting her commitment to nurturing future leaders. She holds a Master of Education in Sport Management from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science from Western Carolina University, where she was also a scholarship athlete in cross-country and track and field.
