Giving back to our community can take many forms. Sometimes, it looks like volunteering your time. Sometimes, it means supporting a local organization. And sometimes, it’s as simple as taking a few minutes out of your day to give blood.
On October 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., our community will come together at Austin Peay State University in their Health Professions Building for a blood drive in partnership with Blood Assurance. Together, we have an opportunity to make a meaningful difference for people and families throughout the Clarksville community and beyond.
Every Donation Has an Impact
Blood donations are an essential part of our local healthcare system. Hospitals rely on a steady supply of donated blood for patients facing emergencies, undergoing surgery, receiving treatment, or dealing with serious illness and injury.
The need doesn’t wait for a convenient time and neither should we.
That’s why our goal is simple: fill every available donation appointment.
Every appointment represents one person choosing to give back. Every donor helps strengthen the supply of blood available to patients who may need it. And every “yes” is an opportunity to support someone in our community when they need it most.

As a Foundation committed to supporting our community locally and beyond, we believe giving back is about more than financial contributions. It’s about showing up any way you can and finding meaningful ways to make a difference.

You don’t have to know the person who will ultimately receive your donation. You may never know their name or their story. But your decision to give can help provide something they need during a critical moment.
